The sugar maple is often called sugarwood, and Vermont’s earliest inhabitants still inspire us with stories of the sweet water which would flow freely, especially in Spring. Our Copper Sugarwood Gin is an original Vermont expression of our heritage and commitment to the land. This classic is distilled with locally-grown juniper berries, orange peel and green tea. A light touch of pure Vermont gold maple, collected from the local maple-sugaring farms in our community, balances out the flavors with a honeyed pine and sweet maple finish.
